The history of Italian cuisine.

Milan, March 19, 2010 — Gualtiero Marchesi turns eighty and establishes the Gualtiero Marchesi Foundation. In June 2014, the first location of the Gualtiero Marchesi Academy was inaugurated in Milan, on the historic Via Bonvesin de la Riva: a space dedicated to study, learning, and experimentation, aimed at training chefs and promoting the principles of healthy eating.

The Gualtiero Marchesi Academy relies exclusively on instructors accredited by the Maestro himself, who have been entrusted with the responsibility of appointing their successors.
